Terms & Conditions for Garba Beats 2025

1. Entry to the event is strictly subject to presentation of a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID. The name on the ticket must match the name on the ID presented.

2. Children under the age of 5 do not require a ticket for entry but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any attempt to transfer or resell will result in cancellation without refund.

4. Entry is subject to security checks. Possession of prohibited items such as weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, or any item deemed unsafe by the organizers will result in denied entry without refund.

5. Misbehavior, misconduct, harassment, or any disturbance caused during the event will result in immediate ejection and potential legal consequences.

6. All attendees consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Event footage may be used by Jashn Maker Events for promotional purposes across websites and social media.

7. The organizers reserve the right to alter the event schedule, timing, performances, or guest lineup without prior notice. All official changes will be announced on our website and social media.

8. The event will be conducted as per prevailing government safety guidelines (if any). Your cooperation is expected at all times.
