At Jashn Maker, we strive to provide the best event management services, ensuring seamless and unforgettable experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Cancellations made 15 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable due to prior commitments and planning costs.
In case of an unavoidable emergency, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once confirmed and booked:

Venue Booking Charges
Customized Decorations and Props
Third-Party Vendor Payments (Caterers, Photographers, Artists, etc.)
Special Requests and Custom Event Arrangements

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please email us at dispute@jashnmaker.in with your booking details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documents (if applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
